Property investment and development is a game that can be approached from many angles. Our strategy is based on the “buy/develop and hold” principle. Buy/develop and hold refers to acquiring property or opportunities with the goal of generating long term capital growth. As property values go up and rents increase, we use our increasing equity to purchasing the next property or development opportunity in our portfolio. In future, we may sell some of our holdings to reduce debt and emerge with income generating assets.
